Investment in Your Care
I am an out-of-network provider. My practice is private pay, which means I work for you, not for an insurance company. You receive my full attention, flexible scheduling, and care that is never constrained by insurance limitations.
Sessions are 50 minutes in length. Please contact me directly for current rates.
Payment
Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.
Out-of-Network & Superbill
I provide a detailed superbill after each session which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse 40–80% of out-of-network therapy costs.
Before your first session I recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card and asking: "What are my out-of-network mental health benefits?"
Cancellation Policy
I require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations will be charged the full session fee. I understand that life happens — please reach out as soon as you know you need to cancel.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care before beginning services. I am happy to provide this upon request.
